Here is What You Will Need

In order to register, you will

need the following:

•  Valid photo ID
•  Proof of residency (phone bill, utility bill, copy of lease, etc.)
•  Proof of income for the past 30 days
•  Each Child’s (Name, birth date, school name, and grade)

When registering, choose a time between

8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2019

to pick up the school supplies at The Boys and Girls Club .

You will receive a receipt with that information as a reminder.
